Spotlessly clean property with highly efficient and active staff who were very accommodating to our every request. Overnight parking and fresh made and warm breakfast with a lovely view of the river.

The rooms were air-conditioned and good modern with open bathroom. I had a balcony, a mini-bar, and a safe box.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night and appreciated it. Accommodation was reasonably large and stylish with smart and excellent staff who were very accommodating to my every request.

The breakfast was freshly cooked and hot, the staff was always welcoming, the grounds were spotlessly clean. The room I got was air conditioned and brand-new with a massive view, an enormous comfy bed, for instance. 

The room was well laid out and air conditioned with free mini fridge, we had a good rest.

Marvellous, excellent location in Newcastle upon Tyne, really close to Gin8 fi Campo restaurant and so many bars and restaurants. For tea or coffee visit Deli Central nearby.

Lovely welcoming accommodation with good setting close to the hill with luggages, the lobby/restaurant and a good pub, the Castle.
